The guarantee described on this website—refunding onboarding and licences if we do not prove we are better than the client’s current solution—applies on the terms set out in the contract signed with each client. That contract defines the metric, method and duration of the experiment, and how its outcome is decided. Nothing on this website is a binding offer.
